Actually, I didn't know that most of the people take vitamins or supplements - this according to one of the nurses at school. I am traditional,, you know,. I don't like enginered stuff. I said 'I'll just eat well and enough to get all the vitamins and minerals my body needs to perform its function,, but I work and study and Im busy and don't have time manytimes to eat enough or on time. After trying to eat well, I've giving up b/c I still need minerals, plus I am a girl..and we girls are especial..right?? I've tried iron complements but according to my lab tests, I still need more or the same intake only on a regular basis. Pls help me out. Tell me a brand name of vitamins/minerals that you would recommend. It designed especially for women better. I'm a young adult- early 20s.

Thank you.

The nurse is a dweeb, eat real food and fresh veggies (Steamed is best). They cook just as fast as canned.
Many people may push their belief, I guess I did too, but, I doubt most of the people take vitamins, heck, if we can not afford real food how we going to buy vitamins?

don't be fooled by name brand drugs....any generic multi vitamin is good. if you have special concerns, like hair/skin/nails or vitamins that help out with eye health, there are good generic vitamins for those too :)
