Wow you know, I can barely understand your question. But I thought most people brush their teeth when they wake up.

A mouthwash in the morning right after you wake up is a good habit. Even though mouthwash can never replace brushing, a thorough mouth wash after any food/drink that goes in the mouth is a really healthy habit.

It is better to wake up in the morning and brush right away. The reason is your mouth is filled with left overs from 24 hrs of eating. Before you start another round you should brush.

However, if you brushed your teeth at night before you went to bed, then it is a good idea to brush after you have your breakfast. The reason here is after you have your breakfast the next meal is lunch which happens after 3-5 hours. If you brush your teeth after ( and not before ) breakfast then you keep your mouth clean for those 3-5 hrs.

No you do not need to wash your mouth once you wake up. It really doesn't make a difference if you wash your mouth after you wake up and after you eat, or if you just wash after you eat. If it bothers you may wash your mouth before, but to me I hate brushing my teeth right after I wake up because it tastes weird.
