I'm 5'2" and I only weigh around 85 pounds. I do not have a self image problem, and I'm not anorexic. I eat normally, and even love fast food. My ribs don't show unless I stretch or inhale. What worries me more is my body temperature. Its way lower then it should be, and my hands and feet are like 20 degrees below the rest of me. I'm sick of being so thin but its not easy for me to gain weight like people think. Its like telling a fat person to go loose a few pounds. Right now its not possible for me to visit a doctor. So I'm really hoping to seek some help here. Any suggestions?

I've taken vitamins and iron pills, also protein shakes. Heck if eating a double quarter pounder from McDonald's almost every day cant get you fat, what will? I can't visit the doctor because my grandparents wont take me. They don't see it as anything life threatening.

Try to eat as much as possible, preferable every 2-3 hours. With meals, drink Nutrament as a beverage. They're protein shakes with 360 calories. There are also protein bars that have more than 400 calories. The more calories, the more weight you'll gain so just take in as much as you can.

properly - this is in basic terms some nonsense human beings tell one yet another. of course in case you do not consume, you will get actual skinny. each and every person are asserting is that in case you starve your self on occasion you will likely finally end up ingesting extra once you do consume - because of the fact you're ravenous... i think of i'm going to have some hotdogs and ice cream and cake and fish and a taco with lots of warm sauce... So the advice is to consume lots of circumstances yet purely tiny quantities. Works ok in case you're able to do it. customarily while you're a lard-butt, you prefer to consume Mass parts - because of the fact the Coneheads used to declare. this may be a not elementary habit to break. this is exciting to pig out - and you fairly can't do this except you pig out on water or something.

I knew a guy who used to weigh 105 pounds.
He spoke with a doctor, and he basically said he needed to intake more carbs in his diet and more fat, but of the good kind only.
So for the next 4 years he ate tortilla chips, guacamole and beer several times and week and now he's around 165.
I'm not saying for you to eat the same way he did, just the basis of adding more carbs and good fat to your diet will help someone with your metabolism to steadily gain weight.

why can't you talk to a doctor. I knew a girl in high school, who had to take iron pills or she got really skinny because her body couldn't use it right. Ablood test could tell you what is wrong.
