psp media manager wount work?

WTF i have a brand new laptop and i have a psp media manager!! whenever i try to drag a video to convert it in order to add it 2 my psp it says "encryption error"!! what do i do?
please help me!!??

The media manager does not convert files. It simply allows you to more easily move files from your PC to your PSP. The movie file must be in MP4 format. To convert it you might want to try using http://www.pspvideo9.com instead.
