Definatley!!! guys love it when a girl does the first move!!! No matter the appearence... ok ok... f you wigh over 600pounds and need a crane to get into Dr. Phil's studio... then that might cause problems... but other then that , guy love being asked out no matter the appearnce of the girl

He is very likely to react by liking it, especially if he's single. It is rare, making it more surprising and pleasing. Unlike women, where some get hit on everyday.

If he thinks she is unattractive, he will look around to see if any of his friends are nearby. If they aren't, he might do her.
If he thinks you are average or good looking, it doesn't matter if anyone else knows about it.
If you mean for a relationship instead of just a hook up, he has to find you attractive. That's the first filter for guys.

Depends on the guy, I would like it and I think most guys would, but some old fashion type guys might think it is wrong

it depends on the girl and the relationship assuming they have one before getting involved , and i think it is great some guys or to shy to ask , so i say ask them out instead of waiting to find out if they are going to call, good luck

From my experience, you can pretty much expect the guy to act like an idiot. Especially if she is pretty. but either way...it probably wont be the response you were hoping for.

He is likely to be flattered, but will turn her down. If it's someone he wants he'd rather take credit for asking her out. If it's some one he doesn't then he won't want to go.

He is likley to be a little worried pretty or ugly but start talking to him. That will loosen up everything. Just talk and flirt a little.

ahh...... i wish it could happen to me,... but it is never expected from an asian woman who are deaf and dumb about sex where guy has to apppeal again and again to have sex and he has to turn on her and himself by only his effort girl makes no move.
i will say that any normal guy will take it very pleasing and boys always want first move from girl... in fact but it rarely happens, .
