They didn't do DNA tests that proved it was not her parents until 6 long years after she was murdered. The recently put new people on the investigation so maybe we will be hearing something one of these days.
She was a beautiful angel. I felt so sad, even though I did not know her, it was a tragic loss.

This will probably be one of the 'cold cases' that will never be solved. But I firmly don't believe it was any of JonBenet's family members, as so many people seem to think. I think it could have been the old man who dressed up as Santa Claus just a few days before, and was apparently familiar with the Ramsey house. This will be one of the most infamous murder cases in the history of crime. -RKO- 05/03/07

The case is open but there is no movement right now on the issue. I wonder if they will ever unseal all of the evidence for the public to scrutinize, but I doubt it.
As a side note, The Boulder district attorney Mary Lacy has been recently criticized for incompetence involving another murder of another child in her district. In this case a baby. Talk about a backwards place to be, and if you are from Colorado, you know that Boulder is one of the wealthier cities. Perhaps they should spend some money on hiring a new DA.

the case is still open as that nutter they brought back from Thailand was found to NOT be the culprit, so I suppose they are still looking, and just as a thought would not have given a flying toss if the kid looked like the back end of a bus NO child deserves to die in that manner. Just wish they could have found the person who did it before her mother passed.

The only ones that haven't heard of her lived under a rock. . .
I don't think they are doing as vigirous an investigation as they once were, but I am sure they are still working on things.

She was so pretty?. How about the fact that she was a child, or just a human being.
