well when i tell a guy he's handsone i mean it in a way that he's perfit to me: hot, smart, fun, witty, every thing i always wanted in a guy, so not many guy get that complement from me, i would only call a real man handsome, he must be special in order for me to call him that,

Maybe you are being paranoid. If she just met you (and therefore knows very little about you), what else is she going to complement you on?

No, its just a random compliment :)
But if that's the main thing she talks about, then yeah you might have a bit of a problem...
