What should I wear to an interview when its hot outside?

Well, its in a factory job for Panera Bread company. On most iterviews I just where dockers and a dress shirt with a sweater over it. However, it seems a little hot for a sweater, so I was thinking I would just wear dockers with a short sleeved dress shirt and a tie? I do want to look neat and let them know I am serious about working there. Thoughts ? Im not a chick, so sun dress is outta the question, hahaha.

You still need to look professional, but it's usually understandable whenit's hot outside that people will dress accordingly. Employees will usually start to take giant liberties with their dress guidleines once they're employed, however, as an aplicant you can never make a first impression again so you may want to just suck it up. Sorry to put it that bluntly, but first impressions really are as important as all cliches insinuate.

It depends on what company you are interviewing with. Have someone find out what their employees wear ahead of time. Try to dress like them. Don't overdress. Do dress neatly.
