i sometimes get pain right at the end of the arch to the beginning of my heel. when i push it down it hurts, but then putting pressure on it makes it go away a little bit. then if i were to walk, the heels of my feet would be really sore but the pain would go away again. it happens to both feet. is this some sort of foot condition? if so, what's the name of it.

** i live in hawaii so i usually use slippers (flip flops) to school and i use shoes seldomly. i also walk around a lot on campus and stand a long time at work.

You need to get your feet checked by a podiatrist. Also for walking and standing a long time you need a good pair of shoes with good arch support in them. See a podiatrist for a diagnosis and treatment.

See a podiatrist to have your feet properly diagnosed. However, flip flops do not provide proper support for arches. Try wearing a good tennis shoe if you want casual. See if the arches feel better after a period of time using shoes. Sometimes the bones develop what are called "spurs" and they can be painful. (A build up on the bone that irritates surrounding tissue). The tendons can also tear or fray causing pain. See a Dr. and get treatment. Wear shoes -- at least 1/2 of the time. (will help with posture and back pain also)---RN

Make certain you maintain hot, sounds visible however it is precise put on gloves and a hat even interior and that are supposed to support with being bloodless. For the affliction I'd recommend scorching baths or warmness patches that you'll be able to positioned for your again and make certain you do not lie down awkwardly, be propped up. Try honey and lemon or lemsip for the bloodless and throat. I had some thing wherein they stated the scan have been average however I felt garbage, guessing you have got been to a surgeon. If you'll be able to take a look at excersizing because it does make you think somewhat larger, take a look at strecthing if it does not harm. Hope you get larger quickly and a few of this is helping.

Probably your feet are reacting to lots of use with little or no support; I agree that you should check with a foot doctor, it could be heel spurs or plantar fascitis; wearing supportive, athletic-type shoes will probably be advised.

It sounds like it could be related to heel spurs (my mom had one) but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr. If you have the kind of insurance that requires it please start with your primary care physician.
