you need to add more calories, carbs, and proteins to your diet. your calories need to come from a source that is low in fat, however (hence not many calories from fat). this way when you put on the pounds, it is lean rather than fat. just something as little as drinking more glasses of skim milk in a day can get you more calories (about 100 per cup). So if you're on a 2,000 calorie diet, try and raise it to about 2,500. use carbs as a good energy source, they stay in the body longer and take longer to turn to fat. if you eat pasta at night and work out the next day, you'll have a better source of energy. in the mean time you won't be burning off all the calories. now, finally, we come to protein. eating lots of protein will help to rebuild your muscles faster. remember, muscle is denser than fat. so if you're gaining muscle, you're likely to be gaining weight. protein is the building blocks of muscle. the more protein you take in, the faster your muscles will rebuild and grow. just make sure you stick to all this, you only get results by keeping up what you start. it will probably take about a month before you yourself will notice change, but others may notice the change in you in as little as 2 weeks.

uhh.. ok.. diffrent question than usual... but ok then!
you probobly have a high metabolism (all i know about it is that if you have a high one, you dont have to work hard to burn of fat. if you have a low/slow one, you do have to work harder to burn it off. nothing bad either way.) that usually wears off about the middle teen years. but careful, i had a friend with a super high metabolism, so she would eat alot and not even try to burn off any fat and she was perfect. then her metabolism slowed down, ALOT and she became pretty big.... took her a bit to get used to working to be healthy!!! she's fine now though.

anyway, i dont sudgest that you just all over stop eating healthy, thats important. dont overeat either... but as to make yourself BIGGER... hmm... challenge in a way for some people. i would just eat more desert while STILL eating a healthy meal. even if your fat, if you still eat good healthy meals, your still actually healthy. just big.
but really, dont worry about how you look that much. i dont get it to be honest anyway. guys often only like girls for the way the look if they look THAT good. meaning those guys...=JERK. so save yourself from them, and dont worry THAT much about the way you look. just hang out with your friends, and have a good life with a guy that likes you FOR YOU.

and you've probobly herd that alot before. or never before. either way, its true. i know that and im 14.... sooo...

of course, to be honest, i've gone through alot and my mom says that because of that i'm more mature than most 14 year olds she knows....
i think shes just stupid. i still laugh when the paint bottle in art class makes farting noises!!! thats of course the most mature thing in the worlddd!!!!! YAYYY PAINT IS FARTING!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

sorry for the freakyness... im on a night-high. (lack of sleep makes e hyper)

thats ok though. if im happy being immiture, then oh well.

Remember weight gain and weight loss is all about chemistry and how your body metabolizes food intake. Start by bigger portions and higher carbs. Overtime, you will gain weight and gain contenment as well.

The safest way to gain weight is to add muscles. Try lifting weights.
