Infections, such as viral infections and HIV
Autoimmune disorders, such as lupus
Certain medications, especially those used in chemotherapy and some antibiotics
Radiation therapy or exposure to radioactive materials.
Bone marrow disease, such as leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes.

Bet you have some food or chemical allergies/intolerances.

HIV, lymphoma, maybe your liver, cant think of any others.
i am pretty sure there are less fatal causes of it though.
