Try 1 cup olive oil 3 Tablespoons of apple vinegar 1 clove of garlic(minced) and 3 Tablespoons of dried basil, mix altogether and put on salad.

Homemade honey mustard is delish. Want the recipe? Write me--I'll be happy to look it up in my file. Otherwise, blue cheese, 1000 island, even a good french would work well on the chef salad. Whatever tickles your fancy
