Yes, absolutely.
To be an atheist who was once a Christian, allows a person to understand the mindset of Christians and why they simply cannot allow themselves to think outside of their comfort zone.

lol. I love Athena, does that count? No wait, she's a Pagan God so I guess she doesn't. I love Isis, does she count? No wait, she's a Pagan God so she doesn't. I love Friga, does she count? No wait, she's a Pagain God so she doesn't.

You'll have to be a little more specific. There are lots of gods out there.

As for the Christian god, I never loved that god. I thought he existed when I was very very young but gradually woke up from the lies.
