Hmm... well, in my opinion, the best "ant-wrinkle" cream/lotion/serum, etc. out there is either sunscreen or sunblock. That'd be number one. Second would be a Vitamin C serum (L-Ascorbic Acid) and third would be a Vitamin E lotion/oil/cream, etc. << Antioxidants that protect against free radical damage.
The thing with retinol is, it makes your skin super sensitive to the sun and thus, not only would you also have to wear sunscreen/sunblock everyday but if you don't or forget to reapply your sunscreen/sunblock, you'll just be causing more damage to your very sun-sensitive skin.
All in all, however, I don't think it is ever too young to use products to protect your skin (and thus, protect against premature wrinkles and skin aging). Depending on your age, if you're in your teens or early to late twenties, I'd say Vitamin C, E, and sunscreen/sunblock is the best thing to use. Retinol would come in, in my opinion, in mid-forties to so on after. And about q10 ... hmmm... well, I'm really not convinced with q10. :)

Wrinkle prevention starts from interior, and also you're being very proactive with the help of taking steps now. First, stay away from the daylight see you later as you could, and stay out of tanning beds. do not smoke cigarettes, and use alcohol sparsely. Take those supplementations ... they are going to help to maintain the pliancy of the floor. in case you stay in a dry climate, moisturize with a mild-weight moisturizer with SPF 15 on a daily basis ( Olay products ) are large. make investments in a healing pillow that elevates the top ... we get many wrinkles at the same time as we sleep. in case you seize your self frowning, stop. all of us recognize how those furrows contained in the forehead make someone look more advantageous less than pressure and older than he/she fairly is. desire this allows ... have a surprising week!

Never too early to start. I've been using stuff like that since I was 10, literally! Avon has some products like that, it's in their Anew line, they have microdermabrasion, stuff for wrinkles, etc. I use a lot of them, but for the microdermabraison I buy Oil of Olay at Wal-Mart, I like it the best. But I suggest try Avon Anew products there awesome!

The bests things you can do for your skin are:
1. don't smoke or frequent places where lots of other people smoke.
2. Stay out of the sun as much as possible, and when not possible, use a hat and/or sunscreen.
3. Drink lots of water.
The wrinkles will come no matter what you do.
