However, to answer your question, winter when it is rainy and snowy would have more of a chance to ruin an outfit because of water stains.

I would think winter is the worst. With all the snow and slush, I do believe wearing a long outfit would get dirty fast, and hard to clean.

Summer. Fabrics are light colored and light weight. Many events are held outside. Chairs are dirty and people are more careless but you did not give summer as a choice
