Can you help me please? I have been struggling with some doubt about the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. By you answering this question would help immensely. This is apparently not an example of Pauline characteristics:

"For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received:

. . . that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures,
and that he was buried,
and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures,
and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve."
1 Corinthians 15: 3-5.

I hope that helps alittle bit. And Christians, if you wouldn't mind, please pray for me to ask God to help me confess Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that God rose Jesus from the dead with faith and not doubt.

Paul (the used car salesman of the Bible) uses the word "I" more than anyone else in the New Testament and if you add in "me," "my," and "mine," also more than the word "God."

You're right that biblical scholars believe that this passage from 1 Corinthians was not originally from Paul. Paul uses a technical way of saying that he is passing on tradition that was handed on to him. It was the same way Jewish scholars would talk about handing down the Torah.
What that means is that Paul who is writing 20 years or so after Jesus' resurrection, is actually quoting an even early tradition that was originally written much closer to the actual resurrection--which means it's even more likely to be authentic.
Another theory is that Paul is referring to what he received directly from the Lord Jesus. In Galatians 1-2 he seems to say that he got his information only from Jesus and not from anybody else. I don't know if that's true, but it's pretty cool to think about.
And yes, you are in my prayers.

I noticewd that you skipped the first two verses! I wonder why you did that? They tell you what you want to know!
1 Corinthians 15
1 Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.
2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.

This is VERY important! It's the Gospel. The Good News, that Jesus died in our place, and rose again, as he promised us that we who trust him will also be resurrected. And Paul is saying to HOLD FIRM in that!

Come on now, the words are right there for any to read, and right there for the believer to believe. If you are being drawn in by the Father then you too only need to trust God for what he promised. So get to trusting God for what he said in so many ways. Grab the promise of salvation, because God does not lie.
