I have worked in the Health care field and during that time have encountered only one true Multiple Personality Disorder it was a very interesting case as I cared for this individual in her home and got to see some of the other personalities. However, I think that they still have only one soul because the disorder is a split in the persons emotional and mental capacities. With proper medical help this person can end up with one personality. This a truly a rare condition.

I am not sure you understand what the condition of multiple personality disorder is.
** I have a sister who battles mental illness and questions that are trite regarding these issues do bother me. However, I was not trying to seem condescending and I do apologise that it came out that way. This link does provide adequate descriptions of the illness. It is a serious condition resulting from emotional trauma.

no I don't think so... It all depends if the person have a chemical imbalanced or brain been fried due to drug used... but more likely if all it is bec. of trauma sustained from an abusive past then one can be healed by fasting and praying which is written in the bible....
