How did the Muslims create such a cosmopolitan society in Spain which sparked the Renaissance ?

Muslims, Jews and Scientists from Europe created a cosmopolitan society of peace and mutual co-existance.

Islamic scholars of Religon (Mullahs,Imams,Ulama) were also scientists since the Quran encouraged the Muslims to look into science to see the power of God.

Muslim and Jewish scholars along with some Heretic Christians or "enlightened" scientists created a "JEWEL" in Europe.

Science, Mathematics,Astronomy, Philosphy etc. were discussed and studied with all three faiths living in harmony and peaceful coexistance.

This islamic attitude to science, mathematics and learning was so foreign in Europe that it was considered heresy and blasphemy.

This got the Catholic Church so UPSET they hunted down all the Muslims/Heritics and converted them by force or killed them.

The Church was so fanatically against free thought and scientific research that they blamed the Renaissance on Islam.

In revenge for undermining the awesome power of the Church (and planting a seed for Europe to emerge out of the Dark Ages) ,the Pope killed or baptised by force all the Muslims (and Jews) in Spain.

Then the Pope and Church along with loyal Kings started the Crusades to make sure Islam would not reach any further into Europe with their "heretical views".

The Islamic view of One God, no original sin, and the belief that there should be NO Religious hierarchy and NO organized church was a total slap in the face of Christiandom.

the Prophet Muhammad had nothing against Christianity until a Christian deeply offended him though hypocritcy. Still after that, he did not go around killing the Christians; that was institute many years after his death by Muslim extremists bent on pillaging foreign travelers and neighboring countries. It was then that they declared Jihad (holy war) on all who did not pray to Allah. Since they then had a holy blessing for their murder and thievery, they wrote it in the Koran so they would always retain that "right". The Pope did not persecute the Muslims only, but ANY other religion. This was because the pope had control over the entire Roman empire, and if the people adopted other systems of belief, then the Roman church would lose it's prestige.

It's a very violent and nasty organization posing as the government of Palestine. After twenty years of ethnic cleansing,in 1967 it invaded and ravished three neighboring countries and brutally annexed their most cherished territories. In 1982 it invaded another country and destroyed it's infrastructure,wasted it's capital city and remained for 18 years of agony. It re-attacked this same small nation in 2006 from the air and again destroyed it's infrastructure. It is currently pressuring the American behemoth to attack and smash Iran. This politico-criminal entity has more gore on it's claws than any government since 1945. It must be uprooted after the same fashion as the so-called Third Reich. There is no place for fascism in our world. There can be no peace until it's organs have been destroyed. Dear reader, I live in Malaysia, where there are Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, etc. living side by side. If Muslims are permitted and, if I may say, encouraged to kill non-Muslims or non-believers as a sign of 'jihad', then why are killings not being done by Muslim individuals or authorities?
If, right now, at this very moment, I stab my non-Muslim neighbour to death, will I be put in prison or will I be let off if I said that I did it because Islam told me to? Is that my confirmed ticket to Heaven?
God gave us the 'Koran' and the 'Aqal' (thinking capabilities). The problem arises when we don't use the latter.
