Quit fighting about favorite meals. I've never even seen pork liver for sale, but if your friend loves it, great, that keeps demand and prices down for good cuts of pork the rest of us will eat.

I prefer it when people don't argue about matters of purest opinion. Each has her own opinion, and that's actually a good thing. You're friends, not exact replicas of one another. Next time your friend says she or he doesn't like what you're eating, you answer "Good! More for me!"
I like chicken and mashed potatoes, by the way, in case either one of you is counting.

Chicken liver because that is what is used in pate.But don't fight over liver.Pick a better battle of more importance.
