As you know, the word 'boyfriend' in English captures a variety of relationships ranging from a simple favorite good friend, to a more steady and quasi-formal relationship with someone. So, if you are refering to the first one (above), you would use the word "amigo", or "amigo favorito". If, however, you refer to the steady, quasi-formal relationship, then you would use "novio".
Regarding the second part of your question, I would tell that person something like "estás bueno", or "estás sabroso", or estás delicioso".
