Althogh u have not specified the height and the units whether ft./mtrs. Here r the calculations.
ur tank is 18x48, =864 ft2, or mtr2.
We go for ht. as 1ft or mtr. then
1cu.ft of water = 28.32ltrs.x864= 24468.48ltrs.
1cu.mtr. of water =1000ltrs.x864=864000ltrs
Now I leave something to calculate
U decide on the ht. of the tank in question n calculate gallons
from 1cu.ft.= 7.48 gallons = 28.32ltrs.

We just bought one at Sam's and according to store info, it holds between 5,000 -6000 gallons. I haven't opened the box yet, so can't say for sure what directions may offer in this info.

You need 3 dimensions (Length, Width and Depth), and units of measurement. Inch, Feet, Meter etc.

Like the previous answer, you have length and height, but you also need the height of the pool to determine how much it will hold.
