Basically marketing research, just about pickles! Do consumers likethe flavor, color, texture, mouthfeel... does the label make them want to buy the product, make it clear what the product is.... brand name recognition....junk like that.

I am sure that someone has to make a determination what makes a good tasting pickle. I wish that I could be in on this research.
BTW I like polish dill pickles!
