I would leave out both of those seasonings. Just rub the chicken with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then bake. You could also smother with Barbeque sauce and cook a bit longer if you have some!

go with the olive oil + poultry seasoning ^.^ maybe you could throw in some quartered onions + carrots + or potatoes and you'll have a nice side-dish and it'll help flavor the chicken :) (just don't eat the onions)

if you have butter i would rub down the drumsticks instead of the olive oil so it comes out nice and crispy...

maybe you could marinate it over night in some salad dressing? or buttermilk? if you have them of coarse

good luck + bon appetite

Yes, you've got a good start! Why not pan-fry the legs in a bit of olive oil? Wash, dry, rub w/ OO, season w/ salt, pepper, curry, what have you... cook on all sides, med. heat, until juices run clear when pierced w/ a knife.

Yes, but be very careful, Curry tends to burn like crazy. I've done it before, so flip your chicken pieces over often. Smelling Burnt Curry is like cutting into rotten onions, it very sour and takes forever to air out.

I'd ditch the curry and just do the poultry seasoning.
