They always complain about men being "visual". Well, it's natural for us to become attracted to a woman based on looks. Otherwise, we wouldn't be motivated to have sex and procreate.

Eh, I think women are about as attracted to looks as men are. You'll notice that most of the women who complain about it just look bad, and most of the time it's something they can avoid. Like the woman who asked this question, for example:

She gave me thumbs down because I didn't lie to her and tell her that I would go out with a woman who weighs 200-300 lbs. I'm not endorsing judging people by their looks so much as judging their lifestyles. It's easy to lose weight, and easy to avoid gaining it in the first place. What are we supposed to think of someone who can't take care of themselves better than that?

Honestly, it makes us feel insecure. If a man seems to just be concerned with looks, and a woman feels that she is ugly, she might complain about that. However, I know from personal experience that we look at a man, too. Besides, would you walk up to the fugliest person in the room and say, 'Do me!' I wouldn't...

I think it is because some women seem to be worried about how they look. I think that most of us women are more into the "it's what's inside that counts" frame of mind and are afraid of having how we look be judged. But some women don't mind and are visual, too.

I think women can generally accept the fact that men are visual..it's just when they start womanizing everything and degrading women sometimes that gets on our nerves.

Looks are important but really matters more if there kind and caring. girls don't like guys that are all caught up on looks and sex. so that's why girls are always complaining like that. you'll get alot more girls if ur kind and caring and sensitive and give them all a chance.

Because it feels like we're only what we look like, and nothing on the inside. It makes us feel like sex machines, and just for sex.
