O.K. here it is. I am a Junior High Kid, and I am already trim, but not to the extreme. I am still a teeny-weeny flabby, but that is not important. I mainly want to tone up. What are good exercises to do with no equipment except an eliptical trainer, that I have limited access to.

decreasing body fat and toning are exactly the same thing. regardless of the types of exercises that your participate in the diet ultimately determines the shape of the body. exercise only provides the stimulus to the muscles and CNS wile the nutrients from the diet determines if one is fat or lean

exercise at a high level of intensity to increase the resting metabolic rate.

You will need to exercise and eat plenty of food.

If you have weights available, find about ten different exercises that cover your full body, and do them in sets of 10 using the heaviest weight you can lift 10 times.
