Become an interesting person. Find some outside interests that the two of you can share.
I assume you are already onto the girly-girl things such as hair, make-up and clothes.
First you want to make sure you know who you are as a person. Then figure out a way to chat with him and see if the two of you are compatible.
Right now what you are feeling is a flirtation, and as wonderful as those feelings can be, young people sometimes forget that life is a whole lot more than the initial, physical attraction you feel.

you don't...your job as a woman is to look and smell nice as possible everyday and to take care of yourself. its up to the man to recognize how fine you are. now being strategic is a whole other story. occasionally making sure your paths cross when you are absolutely stunning should do the trick. this is a one or two shot deal...not running down the stairs to meet elevators and such 24-7...just being in the general vicinity once or twice. and dont forget attraction is only part of the equation...both of you need more than looks to have a nice time together.

The best way to do that is to be yourself. But is being you isn't so cool (not that I'm saying that) try being interested in things he likes and like the first responder said, PRAY!!!! that he sees something in you that he's thinks is worth pursuing. Good luck!!!

Be yourself. Whats not to love? Just flirt and look cute. Compliment him and get him under your skin. Be friends and he will like you. Just be yourself.. thats all you can be in the end.

You shouldn't do anything to MAKE guys like you. Guys out there should like you for who you are. Not for what you try to portray yourself as.

I have the same problem i really don't know, maybe that you can't make someone to like you if he doesn't.
