i just heard that at the end of the all star race on may 19 2007,when harvick one a woman snapped a picture of his car but when she looked at the picture it was of the #3 car has anyone heard of this or seen this?if so where?

This "urban legend" has been around since the first victory after his death.
There is a picture of Junior when he won the July race in Daytona that got a picture of the #3 superimposed on it so it looks like the #3 is pushing the #8.
