To answer your question, do what is best for the baby. Take a deep hard look at yourself and the mother. The two of you should make that decision, along with both of your parents, and decide what is best for the baby.
For all the other people criticizing you, I'm sure you weren't trying to get pregnant and now you are facing the consequences of your actions. You don't need idiot people criticizing you when you are already facing the consequences of your actions. Ignore them. I applaude you for trying to whats best and be a dad.

Hey, looks like u need some encouraging words. everyone seems to be telling you that you need to seek help and that u should put your child, your flesh and blood, up for adoption. Well i know that being 14 years old is shocking to people but i know alot of 14 yr old who are way more responsible than a 30 yr. old. and look, your child is already 2 yrs old. it really does get easier after the terrible 2's. Just trust me, Just do your best with your child and you will never regret it. They give you far more than you give to them in the long run. You cant be selfish, you have a huge responsibility to another human being. dont worry about what others say or do either. just do what u have to do. Good luck:)

I have a 2 year old and I've found that when they're grouchy and fussy, they usually need some attention. If you've been busy all day, just take some time and give your child some one on one attention. At 14, you seriously need some adult help in raising a child. The fact that you can casually toss out a question like this says that yes, you may need to find a more suitable, mature parent for this child. Do what's best for your child- consult your parents or some other adult you trust.

Babies cry. That' all part of the parenting scene. It's great that you've taken the initiatives to take care of the child. However, you shouldn't just put a baby up for adoption because it cries. Not to mention, there has to be a reason for the child crying as much as he or she does. Either be a good parent and pay more attention to the baby or take the child to a doctor to get checked up. ONLY put the child up for adoption if you aren't ready to be a parent for whatever the reason.

Why dont you give the baby to you Mother? You have no idea what kids go through to get adopted, they are better off with their parents in most cases, unless you are a child abuser. Try taking some parenting classes to learn how to deal with the stress of being a parent. I was 15 when I got pregant and my Mother helped me out alot. DONT GIVE UP! It get's better.

wow! You had a baby when you were 12? Is this a joke? You would have to be living with a parent or guardian. Won't they help you? You need to do what's best for the child. If you feel you cannot give this child the love and attention, then you should find a loving family who will. Also, your child should not be called 'it".

If your parent are allowing you to raise a two year old, you should both be put up for adoption. Or maybe you should just grow up and find out what drives you to lie so much you have to do it online.

yes, you are very young. constant crying is just the beginning of it. i admire you for allowing adoption to be a choice. think about it. if you feel you are too young or its too hard give the baby up for adoption. a lot of adults want a child and would give baby a very good home! but, only you can make the decision that is right for you. good luck.
