It depends on how much hair the child has. If the child is 3 and still pretty much bald, there's no need to trim the hair. But if the child is 1 and his hair is in his eyes and getting too long, then you can cut it.

It's up to you, but make sure the baby will be still and not squirm and accidentally get hurt with the scissors!

I think it depends on how much hair the baby has. Every child is different. If the hair is not how you would like it to look then cut it.

It doesn't matter, just as long as they have enough hair to actually need a hair cut. My son didn't get his hair cut until he was 2 years old but that's only because he didn't have hair until he was 18 months. Now he has to get his hair cut often because it's so thick.

to me i would say at least 1 years old becouse there hair is really soft as a new born and a toddler.

U should be asian.
If u r musli then its first haircut should be when it is 7 days old.
if u r not muslim then cut it when it starts looking bad.
