The answers posted so far are correct. When people tell me they speak several languages, especially ones they have learned in 100 days, I ask what is their definition of fluency?

It takes 11 years of English for the average person to be competent enough to pass high school or university exams.
I took 5 years of Spanish and do reasonably well not living in a Latino culture and though I can discuss anything, I still have a hard time understanding jokes and plays on words. As a German friend of mine once said to a Russian who had a few years of English; yes you can order dinner, say how your family is doing, ask a girl for a date but could you defend yourself in an immigration hearing or be a reliable jurist in a court of law?

Finally some languages are far more time consuming than others. French and Spanish are a breeze but Latin requires far more work and practice since it is an inflected language, ie there are various cases for the nouns in 5 different declensions each with their own endings depending what part of the sentence they are located (subject, direct , indirect object, following propositions etc). Similarily, if it is necessary to learn a new alphabet like Greek, Arabic or Chinese there are even more challanges and time required.

No, I wouldn´t trust the advertisement, and no one can learn English correctly and 100% in 100 days!

It takes years and years to learn the basics of a language, and even longer to perfect one´s skills. Think about the development of your native language--how old are you and are you still learning new things in your own language? The answer should be "yes" (that you are still learning new things in your own language) unless 1) you are dead, or 2) you are so closed-minded that nothing can help you.

I have been a language teacher for a long time, and trust me, these language institutes want to sell you their courses, but mostly their claims are not true.

I hope you can study (if you want to), but please choose a reputable place--not a place that just wants your money.

Welll.... if this was an actual advertisement, then no. If someone wrote this really fast it could be typo.... even though this is a hard typo to make.
