I am currently in a high school Culinary Program, I plan on opening a restaurant in a few more years and want to get a head start.

For the home enthusiast there is chefscatalog.com and
surlatable.com.

For a catalog (if you're not already in the industry) check out www.superprod.com. It's Superior Products. Lots of great equipment. Then call your local restaurant supply store and I bet they can undercut it.

it you are in the industry then definatly superior products if more of a home type chef then try Pampered chef or william sonoma
