Right click in the blank spot next to help. Make sure address bar has a check next to it. Click and unclick it if necessary. Sometimes it goes to very odd places so look for something that appears and disappears.

Are you talking about the Yahoo toolbar or something 'cause my browser address bar doesn't do anything!
