Kinda sounds like you're genetically pre-disposed to have large legs, calves and thighs... no biggie a lot of women are. It only makes it harder for someone like you, cuz the reality is there is no such thing as 'spot reduction' when it comes to overall weight loss.. you can't choose to lose ONL the fat in your legs. So what do you do? Nutrition and exercise (I am certain you've heard it before, but it really is the resounding truth). So decrease your caloric intake and/or increase the amount of physical activity you engage in (exercises). Most importantly, do at least 30 minutes of cardio daily and resistance training on your legs twice a week.. high rep low weight.. you wanna make those suckers literally burn and make every rep count. The reason I am focusing on the weight training is because in my experience, REAL weight loss is better facilitated using a regimen that employs both cardio AND resistance training. Also, the weight training on your legs will help reveal cuts and definition that after even minimal weigth loss, your legs will be gorgeous :~) Good luck!

Stop consuming junk meals. If you do not desire to pay money for a health club club, improvise. Jog round your vicinity. Do push usaand take a seat usa dwelling. There are plenty of resistance sporting activities you'll be able to do at dwelling, honestly. Fitness magazines are more often than not choked with them. But in the event you desire to drop extra pounds you have got to be inclined to make a way of life difference, this means that your nutrition and undertaking behavior have got to difference in a massive means, completely. If you simply "cross on a nutrition" till you lose somewhat of weight after which return for your historical methods, you'll be able to simply reap the load correct again.

This sounds strange; if it's all muscle, it certainly should not be too big. Perhaps you are trying to immitate Twiggy? Remember, a person is supposed to walk about 4 miles a day (adults) just to maintain weight and 5 miles or more a day to lose weight.
So, if you are not going the distance, get going. Then if you think your legs are still too big, check with a medical professional for his/her opinion.
