Mad is a strong word for me, I dont get mad on the internet ever. There is a first time for everything and maybe someday I will but I doubt it .

What I dislike about Atheist is that they hold others to such a high standard while not doing the same to themselves.

What I dislike about Theist is that they hold others to such a high standard while not doing the same to themselves.

The only I have against the term Atheist is: Just because I don't want to participate or believe in any of the millions of religions there actually are, that people still want to label me and put me into a group.

I'm an individual and can't be defined by being a member of any group.

Christians, you tell us about gods love and in the same breath tell us if we don't believe we are going to hell. You tell us that god is truth because the bible says so. Everything is because the bible said so but the bible was written by man. No it's not you say, god did, how do you know? because the bible said so! You say we sin, you implicate that we can't be trusted that we are lying to ourselves that we must of been really hurt by religion, If I only believed. I think us atheist have listened with patience and tolerance as you tell us this time and time again. Tolerance! Their is no room for tolerance when it comes to Christianity, Its your way or no way. I love my life, I know who I am, I know what I believe. I am an atheist and you can not change that. So please, enough with the preaching.

lol at one of the answers above. Yeah...it seems like when a theist finds out you're atheist, you're like a free agent in the NFL--everyone wants to try and get you 'on their team.'

I do not have any problems with Atheists or Theists. I DO however have problems with people who shove their own beliefs down other people's throats, whether it be a belief in a deity or a lack of belief in one.

I'm an atheist to put it broadly. But I consider myself a secular humanist.

I don't find anything wrong with other peoples' beliefs. Religious intolerance is such a waste of time. =)

Hi I'm a Militant Agnostic.
All religions make me mad because they are so ignorant.
They think they have answers but they are indoctrinated with lies.

PS: Bravo mypublicident.
Ain't that annoying?

PS: Ted Pack, LOL.

Dad told me this week "not to bother" trying to convince him of the errors of following Christian Fundamentalism despite that I likened his beliefs to his previous defense mechanism of drinking too much, as if drinking is where his anger came from and now that he's stopped he's free of anger, rudeness, and has admitted his hurt. After I told him that his inability to face his issues and still remain in denial through religion is the sole reason he and I cannot be closer, because by refusing to face his issues he continues to hurt me at every encounter and refuses to acknowledge the harm he is doing to me. I am deeply hurt, angry and confused at his dismissal and have no choice but to return to superficial emails and rare superficial visits until he dies.
