Poach them. Get about 2 inches of water to boil in a pan. Carefully crack the egg open into the boiling water. Let cook for just a few minutes. Eat and enjoy! Also, the yolk ( yellow part) of the egg is where all the fat is.

Eggs are great any old way, however, if you do not want additional fat used in the cooking process...
Boil some salt water in a 8"h X 6"d pot and throw the eggs in. they'll cook in a few minutes, then scoop the eggs out with a flat round pasta ladel with holes in it. That is a simple poached egg. 790

I don't know what you mean by "healthy". If you are concerned about salmonella then cooking is usually sufficient to kill that bacteria. It is not advised to cook eggs sunny side up any more because of salmonella. I enjoy eggs sunny side up but I put a lid over the frying pan and when the yokes go opaque then that is enough to kill the bacteria. If you mean healthy as in reducing the cholesterol then don't cook or eat the yokes.

Any way you cook them is healthy as long as you leave out oil, butter, milk and the like. Eggs are basically very good for you. It's what you're adding that makes them unhealthy.
