My sister in law gives me her clothes she doesnt like any more and i really like her clothes their nice. but i dont feel fat until i try on her clothes. she's a size zero and im a five. all i need to do is lose 20 pounds

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Are you kidding... your a size 5..... and want to lose 20 pounds. I bet you look just wonderful. You don't want to lose to much weight????? I'm sure your clothes are nice too. Drink water and cut down your carb's. Keep moving with something you like to do ... biking walking or running. Good luck, but stay healthy too.

dont eat any junk food. seriously. no chips, cookies, cakes, etc. you might not notice it after a few days--- but after a week or two you will definately see a change. also, WALK! walk daily, maybe 30 minutes if you can. also, no soda! only drink water. one more thing- dont stress out too much =)
