Alcohol is never prohibited by the Bible, but being drunk is. Jesus turned water into wine. The book of Proverbs says that being drunk is not for leaders, and the Apostle Paul says, "don't be drunk with wine, that's excessive." Christians can drink, but why are you drinking?

Absolutely not.
Jesus' first miracle in the New Testament occurs at a wedding. At the wedding, the host has run out of wine. Jesus tells them to fill some jars with water. Jesus then changes the water to wine. The guests remark that the wine Jesus provided is better than the wine they had to begin with, saying "usually the host serves the good wine before everyone has gotten drunk, but you saved the best for last" or something to that effect.
My point is this, Jesus, without a doubt, likes a big party with a lot of booze where everyone gets drunk.
Edit: I have to believe that Jesus must have had a bit of a buzz himself to come up with such an outlandish party trick for his first miracle.
Edit Edit: Maybe some of the guests were going on a beer run and Jesus didn't want them to drive.

I am a Jehovah's Witness. I drink beer at parties. I don't listen to rap because I prefer rock music. The key here is moderation. A the Bible does not condemn the use of alcohol as many would have you believe, but overindulgence. Drunkenness. Gluttony. These kinds of traits are not befitting of anyone calling himself a Christian. All things must be done in moderation. As for rap music, the Bible does not explicitly sate what kind of music a follower of Christ ought to listen to. But it has been observed that rap music tends to talk about things that are ungodly, such as drug use, immorality, and violence. If he can find clean rap music (Will Smith...hahaha!) then let him do it.

Having parties where alcohol is served is not against the Bible but having drinking parties where the main activity is everyone getting drunk is frowned on.
1 Peter 4:1 Since therefore Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves with the same way of thinking, for whoever has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, 2 so as to live for the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human passions but for the will of God. 3 The time that is past suffices for doing what the Gentiles want to do, living in sensuality, passions, drunkenness, orgies, drinking parties, and lawless idolatry. 4 With respect to this they are surprised when you do not join them in the same flood of debauchery, and they malign you; 5 but they will give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.
