Hey what up people i am an 23 year old man and i am haveing trouble loseing weight what are things i can eat to speed up my metabolism because i really need to loss tha weight because i am going though depression what some quick tips that i can use to knock out this weight quick

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Two months ago I was 35 pounds heavier, and clocked at 230 pounds, being 5'9". Now I am 195 lbs and losing. First and foremost, do cross aerobics for 40 minutes a day (bike, NordicTrack, and treadmill). You can also go running, start with slow pace and increase it weekly. Watch what you eat. Reduce your sugar and carbs and increase your protein intake. You will need some fat in your diet and help the digestive system and the metabolism, but be sure those fats are mono-saturated like olive oil and use it sparingly. After three weeks of aerobics, mix weighs into it to tone your body (arms, stomach, shoulders, legs and chest). Best of luck to you. In no time flat you would have a smoking body! I guarantee it.
