how can i loose 10 pounds FAST. or best diet.

stay away from sugars and fats. exercise alot everyday like running and sit ups. and do not try any weight loss pills becuase they are a scam and do not work so dont waste your money. eat lots of fruit and vegetables and sugar free yogurt. and walk to places as much as possible, beleive me that helps you lose a lot of weight fast

I can't promise you a fast weight-loss program, not without knowing where you're starting from and what your lifestyle is. And losing too much weight too quickly isn't healthy anyway, not to mention it could come right back.

But I can make suggestions.

Drink lots of water: It's important that you stay hydrated, and it will take up space that would otherwise be given to food.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and lots of whole grains. Those are actually quite tasty, and will have fiber in them. Which will again fill up stomach space.

Don't eat too quickly: The stomach needs about 20 minutes to realize that it is full. Instead, take your time and enjoy each bite.

Steam your cooked vegetables: That will preserve the vitamin content, and the flavor.

Don't bring junk food into the house: That way you won't be tempted to eat it.

If it's practical, eat lots of little meals around the clock instead of the traditional big three. That way your body will have a steady supply of nutrition and so won't try to store calories (fat).

Exercise. Park on the far end of a parking lot when you go shopping and walk. Walk or ride a bike as much as you can. Besides, that will save you money in gasoline! There are a number of other great exercise programs out there too. Do some research and find the one that's good for you.

hey drinking lots of water during a meal makes vomiting easier..sorry kiddo sounds like your sis is sick
