I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

for my area, in case you proceed this weight loss plan, you will harm your well-being. you're no longer following rules for nutritional value. it extremely is a ask your self you do no longer keel over in the time of your workout on the health club. consume sensibly. Watch parts. save track of energy. in basic terms by way of fact fruit is stable for you does not advise you ought to make it the mainstay of your on an popular basis food. i don't comprehend your height or weight, so going into the calorie count huge type you ought to have is perplexing. maximum women choose approximately 1200 energy in line with day, yet that must be adjusted for each guy or woman. you're no longer eating sufficient. you do no longer choose to look like a popsicle, with a extensive head and a toothpick physique. you elect to look stable, so consume a extra balanced weight loss plan.

After I had my daughter I was 80 pounds overweight, I ate very well, lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats and drank lots of water. I also went to a gym for a few months, I quit because I had no one to watch my daughter(husband travels), so I just began walking all over the place, I walked about an hour a day and it took me about 1 1/2 years to lose 70 pounds.

I started with the first two weeks of South Beach and after that, continued to eat healthier meals. But mostly ate HALF of the portions... it's all about the calories!!

Do it with a friend. Then you feel that you have let more than 1 person down if you fail and you can give each other support in hard times

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
i followed this every day (still do) i have lost about 40lbs - more than that lbs of fat because i have gained a lot of muscle and i am in the best shape ever.

i lost 70 pounds, and am still losing. i call it the half-*** diet, as my *** is now 1/2 of what it was. i ate half of what i had been eating and i made nothing off limits. i had real salad dressing and cream in my coffee... i just would limit myself to one cup per day and go light on dressing. i ate lots of grilled chicken and drank lots of unsweetened tea. i even had a scoop of ice cream now and then, or a square of bittersweet chocolate. i exercised for an hour every day... rode the bike, ran on the treadmill, yoga, anything to keep moving. it can be done, it wasn't very hard. i found that i felt better and that kept me going.
