All those images you're used to originated in Europe where the Church couldn't imagine their savior would look like anything but them.

Jesus could never have been a European. Some of The Great Fathers through which Jesus came are Abraham, Boaz by Ruth, King David, Solomon, Hezekiah and Joseph by Mary.

Middle Easterners are considered Caucasian, but the Middle East is part of Asia.
Jesus is an Aramaic speaking Jewish man. He probably looked a bit like Osama Bin Laden, only not evil.

Jesus was Middle Eastern part of Asia not Europe but influenced more by Europe than the rest of Asia. Jewish is a religion not an ethnicity.

Technically most of the Middle East (Israel, Jordan, Syria, Iran etc) are in Asia.
So Jesus was Asian in a geographical sense, Jewish in a cultural sense or whatever.

Jesus was of both the Tribes of Levi and Judah through Mary...of course since God was his dad...Joseph has nothing to do with jesus' lineage...
who are europeans? where they did come from? Why are they called "caucasian"???? Where are the caucasus mountains? who went over those mountains and settled into europe and eurasia? ...anyone who is caucasian is a descendant of the tribes of Israel..they are not lost..they merely moved over the mtns into a better land...look up the migrations of the scythians...and who they were and where they were from etc....
so naturally Jesus would have had a "caucasian" appearance due to his heritage..is that to say he was lilly white? not likely since he lived and worked outside....check the shroud of turin for a better idea of his facial structure.
