It's sad to say that men prefer looks over personality. But if you have a great personality that in itself can make you beautiful! You just have to gain a man's interest by showing who you are from the inside out...if they are a good person then they will see your beauty from within, if they are only interested in the sex game, then you don't need them and you should find someone that will love you for who you are not what you look like. Personally, I feel that if a man only wants you for your looks then its not real love, its only lust! And lust doesn't last long. If they are only interested in your looks then move on because looks fade over time but your personality lasts a lifetime!

Depends on the guy (as always)!
But I know as myself I always would pick personality over looks! Some guys aren't as smart though! I mean a girls looks are (for me) determined by how nice they are.
Like once I had this girl that I kinda liked (for her looks) but when I got to know her better she just started treeing me worse and worse and I can tell you that I was totaly fed up with her within no time!
Yeah I know many a person that doesn't have the supermodel looks and has tons of friends! And it tends to usually have a lot of what she thinks of her self. I mean your as beautifully as you think you are. And that's the truth!
But anyone can be pretty but not everyone can seem to be nice!

Boobs and bum!!! oh, I mean LOOKS.
You will get several who say personality, but if you conduct a watching survey, had two females stand up and speak, the chick with t & a saying some dumb drivel about how she has to go get her nails done and the cute on in glasses tells a fun joke geared for guys and expresses an interest in guy things like sports and paint ball and games, the guy who tried to tell you he prefers personality will tun to the pretty chick with the t & a while ignoring the cute, fun and intelligent one in glasses, and they will do it just as fast as a guy who honestly says looks.

well in my experience with men most of the men i dated looked for personality.i'm not an ugly woman let's clear that out.i'm not sure how old you are but i'm in my 30's and a lot of men prefer women who has a great personality.because looks fades in time.especially with more mature men.they want someone who they can communicate and have some decent conversation.so it's personality.but i also notice that now a days a lot of the younger generation.seems to prefer the looks and no brains at all.maybe i'm just a bit old fashion.

truthfully- looks come first
lie- personality is the all important factor that every man must determine before he will ever be interested in a girl
c'mon think about it how many drinks get bought for girls because of their looks- a ton- now how many get bought for chicks because the guy knows the girls personality is awesome- a few, and those are the girls that are already dating or married to the guy buying.

I think personality counts for far more than men are willing to admit . But yeah I would say personality looks are superficial.

A blend of both. Looks on their own get real boring after a while, while you do like your woman to look pleasant.
Looks fade over time, whereas a good personality doesn't.

Personality is the main thing. You have to be attracted to each other but looks without personality is empty.
Looks may turn my head but personality catches my heart.
