Thank you for neutering your male cat(tom). A cat could have millions of decendents born in its' lifetime, not a good thing at all! It appears that he is suffering from post-operative complications or has ripped his stiches out. He is in pain. Please, get him back to the vet so he/she can cure or at least tell you about whatever is going on. And make it QUICK!

The problem is, is how much bleeding? Does he need another stitch to control the flow? If so, you are really running the risk of infection by not taking him in. That will be far worse than putting him back in the carrier.
Stand the carrier on end, grasp kitty around the body and hold his two front paws together. Head first into the carrier. Or, put him in a pillowcase and gently lower him into the carrier, allowing him to come out when you have him inside it (make sure he can get out of the pillowcase inside the carrier).
Think of it this way, if your home was being invaded and you all had to get out, could you get him into the carrier then? Of course you could. So do it. He is in pain. Good Luck.

He should not be bleeding. he needs to get back to the vet right away. He's either burst the stitches (most likely) or he's getting an infection. Either way he has to see a vet before complications really set in. He will probably die if you don;t get him back to the vet tonight. Carry him on your lap if need be but you MUST get him there.

Your vet is right...he has to go in....I had it happen to one of my boy cats before too....they hadn't tied off the area properly and it opened up when he got home too. It's a vet's job now...they have to finish the job off properly to make sure it's tied up. You can't do this on your own. Try using a great big blanket to catch the kitty in, he has to go to the vet or he will die.

The vet asked you to bring him in for a reason. Wrap him up in a blanket, and have someone else help you get him in the carrier.

You need to take him to the vet immediately. Carry him if you have to, but get him in the car and get him to a professional. You aren't going to be able to stop the bleeding by yourself since it has an internal cause.

You have a veterinary emergency. If she were one of your children and bleeding like this after surgery, what would you do? Do this same for her. She is in the same situation. She is post-surgical and her stitches have come loose. If you can't get her into a carrier, wrap her in a blanket or towel and have one of your children hold her in their arms while you drive. Don't get lost in the logistics of what is a life and death situation.

If he was neutered yesterday and is bleeding today, TAKE HIM TO THE VET.
It may be a complication that will cause him to bleed to death if you don't take him to the vet.
