Ok this summer I promised myself that i would eat healthier and exercise more, so I want to try weight watchers to get me started on a healthier path. Has anyone tries it and does it work? How much did you loose and how long did it take?

My mom lost 25 pounds (she didnt do the exercise portion either, although itll speed up your progress) on weight watchers and my old math teacher from high school lost about 75 pounds over the course of a year. In my opinion, great program.

i tried it but they have too low calorie plan which makes you lose water weight and muscle and then you get all the weight back.

dont, just cut back and jog three miles a day.
