A brain freeze is a term used for a headache caused temporarily by very cold foods. It is not long term, is is not a real problem. What you have is more severe and is probably what is known as a HEADACHE. Try some asprin and rest.

No, as one of the other posters said brain freeze only lasts a couple minutes when you eat something really cold such as ice cream and then when you are done eating that thing the freeze stops.
This is something else and I would recommend having it evaluated by a dr to see what they think could be causing this.

No, a waste of time is catching this query alternatively of going to mattress. What do you believe you could do with that point when you might one way or the other get beyond the frame's regenerative demands? I've noticeable the ones hyperactive shrews, all stressed out to the gills and at the cross regularly. It used to be mentioned that Thomas Edison bragged that he used to be so effective in view that he slept so little--however folks that labored with him knew that he "not ever met an concept he did not attempt to thieve" and while you further up all his little catnaps, he bought his 8 hours in. Interesting factor approximately shrews and different consistently at the cross animals--they do not are living goodbye. Go forward, you can be losing into the grave earlier than so much people sluggards are even virtually getting ill.

No brain freezes happen while you're eating something cold. What you're talking about sounds more like a hangover.
