this is about a 25 year old camera, so it does not automatically set the ISO for the film (manual set ring where the film rewinder is), nor does it automatically load the film spool. The film is standard 35mm available at any Walmart. You also might see if the battery needs replacement (type S76E).

You can still get 35mm films but I'm not sure which makes are still being produced as I haven't used film for some years. You will have to decide if you want to shoot Colour prints. Black & White prints. Or colour slides. You can buy film at places like Boots Chemist (if in UK) or any Supermarket which has a film processing department. And, of course, from any camera shop. I'm sure some helpful assistant will help you if you ask.

The camera takes 35mm film. If that's what you bought, it was the right film.

I'll bet what happened was, you thought you loaded it correctly, but you didn't.

The film was not pulled though the camera so there were no pictures recorded.

Here's what to do: go to a good camera store and ask someone to show you how to load the film. They will be happy to show you.

Say thanks to them by buying some film ;-)
