I'm trying to say that there was no theology like being saved by faith alone until Martin Luther came in the 16th cent. So, u can't say that the people in the Orthodox and Catholic Churches weren't saved before then because God wouldn't allow that. It wouldn't be Just and God is Just.

You need to read the works of St. Augustine, and many of the church fathers. What you are saying here is not true.
Luther did not come up with the theology behind "faith alone" it was a ongoing argument in the church (before Luther) and still is today for many (even, dare I say it, for segments of Roman Catholicism).
Your assumption here is wrong.
What you seem to be saying here however is that a belief in "faith alone" is not a mandatory belief as to seeing the Kingdom of God, but that holding the Roman Catholic position would be acceptable to save a person. I would not argue that all those that did not fully subscribe to a complete doctrine of "faith alone" would be excluded from the Kingdom of God.

Read the Parable of the Blind Man (John 9:1-38) where Jesus restored the man's sight based on the blind man's faith alone and nothing else.
Now, just because the Apostle Paul discussed faith and salvation, which confused St. Augustine, Luther and others, Paul said those words to discourage false believers in Christ, especially wealhy Roman aristocrats. Such aristocrats believed they could simply say "Lord Jesus, save me" like Pat Robertson and other televangelists without offering anything in return.

Ephesians chapter 2
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
By the grace of the Father, through faith in his Sons propitiation, we are saved.
An earlier answer referenced "faith without works is dead."
That's from the book of James. What is meant therein is that we are not saved BY works but rather we are saved FOR works.

What about:
Romans5:1
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ
or Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

II Corinthians 13 states that faith without charity (works) is nothing.
Faith and hope doesn't matter at all. It's what you DO that counts.

You're right. No where in the Bible does it say that one is ' saved by faith alone'. In fact it says that faith without works is dead.
Cheers :-)
