yes you can. if you are good, the college coaches will recruit you. if they dont then you can walk on the team and prove yourself and should get a scholarship after the 1st or 2nd season.

Check out the website for the NAIA and NCAA Soccer Financial Aid:
http://www.athleticscholarships.net/soccerscholarships.htm
And Sports Scholarships.com:

You might also go to a university library and ask to speak to a librarian or a grants specialist. They can often direct you to print sources and help tailor your search to help you find applicable grants.
Good luck and keep playing!

let me just say that if you REALLY love soccer, and your getting a chance for a scholarship, don't try any harder than you normally would. Do what you usually do and keep having fun with it. Once you begin trying harder than usual, it turns into a job more so than something that you actuall enjoy doing. Do you have games outside of your small town? If so, just play your best, and do what you do at practice! You'll get noticed!

It's always possible, but whether or not you'll get a scholarship towards a good school that you want to attend isn't a guarantee.

Most college athletes don't get good grades..the university doesn't care about your grades, to be honest. they just want you to play for them, and they will get a tutor to get you through your classes. if you are good enough, then most definetly.
