Paul, YOGHURT is the primary indexed spelling in my Oxford English Dictionary, but yes, it can also be written without the H.

If it doesn't say on the pot, then i would use the same amount of time that you microwave your strawberry yoghurts for. Should be the same.

My parents make it on the stove, they keep it on for a few hours, not to boil or it will burn, but they make a huge pot all at once, so I would imagine that you have to keep watching it until it is at a good consistency, then let it cool and thicken

It depends on how much yogurt you are microwaving, even though I have never heard of microwaving yogurt before. Lol.

i'd love to help you out but i have never tried hot yoghurt! in fact i always had mine straight from the fridge!!!
