I love mimosas and mojitos.

Mimosas - Champagne and OJ

Mojitos - Mint, sugar, lime, rum and club soda.

(Everytime I hear "mojito", I get that bacardi mojito song stuck in my head!)

i don't know how old they are, or if you want to get them bombed or just take the edge off. if it's just to take the edge off, try a wine spritzer. it's light, refreshing, and cpmpared to a long island, a bit classy. plus, they won't think you're trying to get them tanked.

2 (25 1/2 ounce) bottles white wine (your choice, something
crisp though)
1 (35 7/8 ounce) bottle club soda
lemon slices
lime slices

Combine wine and club soda, stir gently. Pour into ice-filled glasses; garnish with lemon or lime slices.

Gin and tonic with a twist of lime. Classic, easy, refreshing and delicious. You can substitute light rum or vodka for the gin and it is still a wonderful taste.
